Employees have adequate space to work and rest in our large factory in Angus.
We have created 3 new posts during the pandemic to enable us to get your orders to you at home on time. These are permanent positions.
We are NOT open to the public.
We are operating with a full staff of 11 on our site of 12,000 square feet. We have adequate rest facilities on site to allow for absolute social distancing and indeed in our work areas, there is no risk to the employees who remain on site.
We continue to follow procedure by monitoring temperatures, regular hand sanitising and washing and generally ensuring the wellbeing of our staff.
Our employees have their own transport to travel to work and our factory is sited in a very rural area.
As the situation changes we will review and follow the guidance as laid down by the UK government.
It is our aim to supply our gardening products and craft products directly to you at home.
Our couriers will NOT ask you to sign for deliveries and they are constantly reviewing their own risk situations.
We still operate our free returns service via the post office.
We will answer your emails as quickly as possible.
