In this public health crisis it is vital that ALL businesses act responsibly and align fully with the social distancing measures introduced to protect the nation’s heath, well-being and economic future.
Following Boris Johnson's announcement of further restrictions and freedom of movement on 23rd of March , we are still permitted to operate our online retail businesses and are encouraged do so if there are No risks to any of our employees who are currently on site.
We are NOT open to the public.
We have currently asked our staff to stay at home and they continue to be in employment.
We have 3 staff member's who have offered to continue to work to support our online orders, again this is a changing situation daily
We are operating with 3 key members of staff on our site of 10,000 square feet. We have adequate rest facilities on site to allow for absolute social distancing and indeed in our work areas there is no risk to the employees who remain on site.
Our employees have their own transport to travel to work and our factory is sited in a very rural area.
As the situation changes we will review and follow the guidance as laid down by the UK government.
It is our aim to supply our gardening products and craft products directly to you at home.
Our couriers will NOT ask you to sign for deliveries and they are constantly reviewing their own risk situations.
We still operate our free returns service via the post office.
We will process your order usually within 24 hours.
We can answer your emails withing the same period of time.
We are also involved in producing twine for the Berry Farmers to enable their up and coming crops to be supported.
