UK Mainland Delivery Rates and Details.

PLEASE NOTE: In some areas of the country, delivery times may be longer than advertised due to the impact on all our couriers by Royal Mail strike action.


We regret any inconvenience caused should parcels be delayed, however unfortunately the situation is outside of our control.


We thank you for your patience.

 (Surcharges are applicable for some parcels to Highlands and Islands in particular if we have to use couriers))

Orders are typically dispatched from our factory within 2 to 3 working days. (Excl Bank holidays)

Courier delivery

Once despatched goods are being delivered in 48 Hours (Excl weekends)

Any times quoted for delivery are approximate and Nutscene Twines Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods howsoever caused.

Royal Mail- Standard, for very small items  or low value these are posted 1st class mail.

During Peak periods Royal Mail deliveries can take longer than normal.

Incorrect delivery addresses cost time and money, please ensure that you input the correct shipping address on your order.

In the event goods are returned for this reason a delivery charge will be applied if goods are resent.

What will it cost?

Free delivery is our current offer on orders over £25.00

Some items are inclusive of a delivery charge - look for these special offers!

For orders less than £25.00 Flat delivery fee of £4.20 – delivery within 5 working days


It is always our aim to dispatch within 2 working days. During busier periods this may take a little longer.

Large and Extra Large packages sent by courier will require a signature on receipt. During the online ordering process it is possible to state preferred delivery instructions – e.g. ‘please leave in shed if not in’. If you choose to leave a delivery instruction, goods are left at your own risk, as we can not take any responsibility for left items.

 Delivery Rates

Smaller Packages – applicable to Royal Mail’s specified box sizes will be £4.20

For Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands , Northern Ireland, surcharges will be applicable. You will be advised if this applies to your specific  order.

 

European and International Deliveries

Overseas orders are being restricted currently

We  cannot deliver worldwide at the moment

Need to Return Goods?

In the unlikely event that the product you purchase from us is in any way faulty, damaged, or has missing items please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. to advise.

Where shortage or damage occurs the courier’s delivery note must be endorsed accordingly.

Please contact us if your package has failed to arrive within the expected estimated time. We shall acknowledge your complaint within a maximum of 2 working days.

In case you would like to return your order email us at customerservice@nutscene.com with the notification that you have filed your order for a return so that we know it is coming and can deal with it as swiftly as possible. In your email please state your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you wish to have a refund or exchange.

Complete the returns form enclosed with your order making sure to provide the reason for returning the item. Please note that we only accept the return of item/s that are sent back in their original unused condition.

In all cases, please state your name, postcode, invoice/order number and email address or telephone number.
