Royal Mail deliveries- These are taking much longer due to the interruption
to delivery services impacted by Covid 19 and safe working practices.
Orders are typically dispatched from our factory within 2 to 3 working days. (Excl Bank holidays)
Once despatched goods are being delivered in 48 Hours (Excl weekends)
Any times quoted for delivery are approximate and Nutscene Twines Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods howsoever caused.

What will it cost?
Free delivery is our current offer on orders over £20.00.
Some items are inclusive of a delivery charge - look for these special offers!
Flat delivery fee of £3.95 – delivery within 5 working days
For order value greater than £70.00 the delivery charge will be £9.95 as this will be a courier and signed for service.
Expedited – from despatch date expect delivery within 48 hours for £6.95
Named delivery – (Mon – Fri) £9.95
It is always our aim to dispatch within 2 working days. During busier periods this may take a little longer.
Large and Extra Large packages sent by courier will require a signature on receipt. During the online ordering process it is possible to state preferred delivery instructions – e.g. ‘please leave in shed if not in’. If you choose to leave a delivery instruction, goods are left at your own risk, as we can not take any responsibility for left items.
Smaller Packages – applicable to Royal Mail’s specified box sizes will be £3.95
For Channel Islands , Republic and Northern Ireland, surcharges will be applicable. You will be advised if this applies to your specific order.

Rates are variable, therefore once you inform us what your desired items are, we can obtain a precise quote for you. Quotes & payments will always be in UK Sterling.

Need to Return Goods?
In the unlikely event that the product you purchase from us is in any way faulty, damaged, or has missing items please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. to advise.
Where shortage or damage occurs the courier’s delivery note must be endorsed accordingly.
Please contact us if your package has failed to arrive within the expected estimated time. We shall acknowledge your complaint within a maximum of 2 working days.
We now offer free returns
If you wish to return/exchange your goods, then please do the following:
Go to our returns portal by clicking on the below link.
Enter your Order number and email address and follow the steps to return your item. When you have submitted your return and it has been approved you will receive a return label by email to return your item.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the notification that you have filed your order for a return so that we know it is coming and can deal with it as swiftly as possible. In your email please state your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you wish to have a refund or exchange.
Complete the returns form enclosed with your order making sure to provide the reason for returning the item. Please note that we only accept the return of item/s that are sent back in their original unused condition.
In all cases, please state your name, postcode, invoice/order number and email address or telephone number.
